The apartment at the top of the resort had a great view and location. The open plan area and balcony were perfect for our group of 6. The apartment was always warm and the beds were comfortable. The baguette service in the mornings was reasonably priced and the staff were helpful.
Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.

The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities such as a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and turkish bath, allowing guests to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel is far away from Val Thorens, but close enough to the night life to enjoy. the ski slope is accessible down a steep hill, but one can board close to the door from Plan Sue. the large apartments are nicely furnished with everything needed. the shuttle bus provided is very useful. the heated ski/boot room is very good.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room had a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating. The bread delivery service was a nice touch and the ski locker with boot heaters was very convenient. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
The apartment lacked proper temperature regulation, making it consistently hot throughout the day and night. The bedrooms were small and lacked storage space for suitcases.

We had a fantastic time at a lovely 2 bed apartment with a mezzanine. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the bread/croissant delivery was a welcome and well-priced bonus. The ski area was fabulous, and it was convenient to walk just 150m to the slopes. The ski shop downstairs had helpful staff, and the ski pass offer was great. I would recommend this hotel to any group visiting the area.

The apartments were extremely cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. the heated ski/boot room was a great bonus and saved us time in the morning. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service, which was a convenient way to get around.
Although the sauna was nice, it wasn't always hot and was only open for a few hours a day.

The hotel offered a lovely welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our Christmas stay. We enjoyed the delicious food and the company of other guests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The sauna was not working properly during our stay and there were limited hangers in the rooms for drying clothes, which was a bit inconvenient. However, these issues did not detract significantly from our overall experience, and we still had a great time.
